SELF CARE Sunday! 💕 If you know that you are in need of some ‘all the good you can do for yourself’ time but are having a hard time actually making it happen, give this a try to start. On Sundays, make it a priority to set aside 1 hour during the day to focus completely on your health and wellbeing - healthy eating, healthy moving, healthy thinking - the Chiropractic Wellness lifestyle. Whatever it is, it must re-fuel your mind, your heart, your spirit, your energy, your creativity, whatever you need most. Listen to your inner voice and follow that. Don’t fall into the trap of putting everything ahead of yourself and then scheduling your self care Sunday time. Start the schedule with self care time and fill in around it. Because if you don’t make yourself a priority, then who else is going to?
