Do you feel like your recovery process is being limited by pain or inflammation? Do you feel like your progress and recovery has plateaued? It may be time to review some additional treatment options.

Cortisone can help reduce inflammation and pain. By easing symptoms, we create a window to address why the pain is there in the first place. However, cortisone injections are not suitable for everyone, and a discussion of potential risks and benefits is essential. Alternative evidence-based treatments, including prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP), may also be explored.
