Good morning Facebook friends!
I created a newsletter called "Mindful Musings" that I have not worked on for many years. I feel it is time to dust off my MailChimp account and get back to publishing again!
I would love some feedback from anyone who enjoys receiving newsletters. My passion is helping myself and others create a great Quality of Life.
I used to include a section for Body, Mind, Spirit, my own Blog, an Inspirational Quote. I wanted to include helpful things for everyone, but It was lengthy.
Here is what I would love your opinions on:
How often? weekly, monthly, quarterly?
How much content? One idea? Cover all the Holistic bases?

This is a 3 minute video that says so much. As a Psychotherapist, I get a glimpse into the lives and suffering of many people, and I get to help. The rates of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Allergies, Infertility, miscarriages, cancers, etc are all the highest they have ever been.
My passion is health, healing and disease prevention on all levels.
An email I received this morning from Ocean Robbins (a nutrition expert) says alot about where we have gone wrong.
He writes, "Some of the most popular sunscreens contain ingredients that are linked to hormone disruption, cancer, and increased risk of birth defects. Which ingredients do you need to watch out for?"
That strikes me as a caring but very sad situation. We are told the Sun can cause cancer so we need sunscreen, and now the sunscreen can cause cancer. That is one tiny example of the insanity we are met with each day.
We need leaders who care about our basic existence.
Please watch this RFK Jr video til the end. We do have good caring people on this earth who can help us reduce the craziness and return us to the direction of health and sanity. Our next generations count on it.

I have had the honour of supervising Masters Students who are working to become Psychotherapists. I now have an official badge of approval for this work from Yorkville University in New Brunswick. It will be on my website soon, and I look forward to working with more brilliant and caring grad students!
