A shorter week for us!
A few of our teachers are away later this week/weekend so join us in the coming days to get your yoga class fix for the week.

Saturday 12pm Vinyasa Flow with Rob

You can take this time to practice some off-the-mat yoga with mindful walks, or siting in nature and enjoying its beauty. Or grab your mat and take it outside to a park or yard for a little outdoor self-practice.

FULL MOON SOUND JOURNEY -Friday July 11th.

Join Jessicah on Friday, July 11th for an evening of Full Moon Wisdom, Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing!

The night will include a cacao ceremony, medicine song and mantra chanting, full moon wisdom, intention setting and sharing, and will end with a sound healing journey. All genders welcome!

Changes to this weeks schedule:
-Gentle Yoga with Anne is Cancelled THIS Wednesday as she’s away.
-Prenatal Yoga is NOW on Wednesdays at 5pm.
-Karma Yoga Community class is THIS Sunday with Anne.

Otherwise you can enjoy some Gentle and Restorative Yoga with Natalie, some Hatha Vinyasa Flow with Alex, and Vinyasa Flow with Rob.

SOUND BATH: Calendula Glow - Rest and Radiate
Sunday July 20th : 5:30-6:30pm
This sound bath will include crystal bowls, koshi chimes, kenari shells, drumming, vocal flow, and more. We will relax, set our intentions, and embark on a sound healing journey together, with the beautiful energy of Calendula guiding us. 🎶

Calendula, a bright flower of the sun, brings warmth, clarity, and emotional resilience — helping to clear mental fog, invite in radiance, and gently brighten the heart and spirit. ☀️

TIME: 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled into the space.

Registration closes 5 hours before the event. Limited spaces available. ✨

INVESTMENT: Sliding scale, pay what you can between $20 - $35.
Registration is required. Register and pay via e-transfer to secure your spot.**

Bring a blanket, an eye covering (such as an eye mask or a scarf), your mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.
If you require a chair for the sound bath, you must let Allie know at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need a mat, there will be some available.

If you are currently pregnant and would like to introduce prenatal yoga into your routine, this is the series you’ve been waiting for.

KARMA YOGA CLASS - with Anne Bentley
karma yoga is often understood as the yoga of selfless service and action. Anne Bentley is leading this monthly Yoga Class. This is a community drop in class by donation. Class will include Asana (physical postures) pranayama (Breathwork), and meditation.

You can pre-register for this class using our booking system. Please go to the shop and select the “karma Yoga” credit and add it to your account in order to register for the class. (Free to register)

This class is on a donation basis or pay what you can on arrival.

We are down to a limited class schedule but still have some offerings for you this summer!

For July we have Anne’s Gentle yoga on Wednesdays at 10am. Also Robs Vinyasa Flow on Saturdays at 12pm.

Natalie and Alex will continue their classes over July and August.

Invite ease and flow into your practice, invite ease and flow into your life.

This adapted yoga class encourages and invites students to learn basic classic yoga, through a gentle series of postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

Learn and adapt basic yoga postures to create strength, focus and balance. Cultivate control over the breath, with specific gentle breathing techniques. Release stress and tension in the body and the mind by relaxing the nervous system.

Special Event** Sunrise Rave silent disco at Kinsmen Beach. Want to do Yoga instead of dance? Tune into the yoga channel to join Natalie for a gentle yet energizing yoga class. You can stay to tune into a dance channel afterwards as well. This is a FREE event!
