Bring your pillow & mat. Enter stillness & leave the outside world behind for 75 minutes.

Before anyone arrives, we prepare the room.

Mats laid out, instruments lovingly placed, candles glowing, every detail placed with care. These small rituals matter. They create the container that allows the nervous system to soften and the body to settle.

By the time the doors open, the space is ready to hold everyone who walks in.
