I hope you’re all having a nice start to 2025.☺️
I will be starting classes up again on Wednesday January 15th, start time is 5:15!! This will be a 4 week program, with the first session being focused on the basics as a refresher.

Come on out to our new and beautiful studio space at 5 Court Street this Saturday, April 29th!!
I will be there from 11am-12 to answer any questions you may have about pilates and give a tour of the space!
It will also be the grand opening of Trinity’s Florals and Bare Envy, our building neighbours! A perfect Saturday 😊

Sherry, Jeri and Wendy will be on hand this Saturday, April 29th between 11 a.m. and noon to talk about yoga classes at Yellow Dog and provide a tour of our studio space at 5 Court Street, North Sydney. Learn about our various yoga classes, our schedule and options to give yoga a try.

Also happening this Saturday will be grand openings for our building neighbors, Bare Envy Skincare and Trinity's Florals. Come out and enjoy all the activities at 5 Court this Saturday.
