We're excited to welcome the newest member of our Mastermind team Stephanie Stanton! ✨

Stephanie believes that even in the face of deeply challenging circumstances, individuals have the capacity to process, grow, and find a sense of groundedness. Her transition into counselling was inspired by her previous career as a respiratory therapist, where she witnessed firsthand how stressful and traumatic experiences can impact a person’s life. This background informs her holistic view of wellness and her commitment to helping clients navigate the intricate connection between stress, emotions, and physical well-being.

With a warm, collaborative, and curiosity-driven style, Stephanie creates a supportive space where clients can slow down and feel truly heard. She operates from the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives, and she works alongside them to explore the patterns that may no longer be serving them. Her approach is strengths-based and person-centered, ensuring that the pace and focus of therapy are always guided by the client's unique needs.

Stephanie integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities into her practice, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She also draws from emotion-focused and narrative work to help clients build self-awareness and gain practical tools for moving forward. Stephanie works with adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

If you or anyone you know resonates with Stephanie's experience, please reach out to us to book a free consultation or session!

We are excited to announce the newest member of our team: Jackie McGregor! ✨

Jackie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a background in Human Kinetics and holistic nutrition. Her transition from physical health to mental wellness was driven by the understanding that lasting change requires addressing the underlying emotional and mental patterns. This holistic perspective informs her belief that true healing involves attending to the whole person rather than just surface-level symptoms.

Jackie’s approach is collaborative and person-centered, honoring each client as the expert of their own journey. She integrates evidence-based frameworks tailored to unique client needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Jackie also holds training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1) and is currently completing her training in EMDR.

Dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space, Jackie supports individuals and couples in achieving deeper self-discovery and connection. Outside the clinic, Jackie is a partner at Ritual Urban Retreat. She lives on the North Shore with her family, where she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and adventuring with her young son.

If you or anyone you know resonates with Jackie's experience, please reach out to us to book a free consultation or session!

Starting the new year with intention—not pressure. 🌱
Setting mental health intentions can help create direction without the stress of rigid resolutions. Intentions focus on *how* you want to care for your mental well-being, such as prioritizing rest, practicing emotional awareness, setting boundaries, or reaching out for support when needed.

At our clinic, we encourage goals that are realistic, flexible, and rooted in self-compassion. Small, consistent steps can support long-term mental health—and asking for help is a meaningful part of the process. 💙

Here’s to a year of informed choices, emotional growth, and sustainable well-being.
