What is Swedish Massage?
Swedish massage uses light gentle kneading strokes to calm the nervous system.These movements target the uppermost layer of muscles and aim to relieve muscle tension.

Come receive a treatment in my healing space and recharge. Option to enjoy some sound healing from Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks and Tibetan Bowls, whatever feels inspired in the moment.

UPDATE: What is Thai Massage? And why you may want to receive a session 🙂

Thai Massage is an energy based healing modality that evolved over 2000 years ago as a branch of Traditional Thai Medicine. It utilizes and combines practices of acupressure, reflexology, assisted yoga postures, muscle compression and energy line work with the intention on fostering a more harmonious and balanced state in the receiver. Thai Massage can also help relieve chronic pain and discomfort.

As the receiver you will be guided into yoga postures, gently rocked, pulled and compressed. For both practitioner and receiver this is promoting a meditative and calming experience.

✨ANNOUNCEMENT: I am very excited to share my new healing space where I am offering Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, and private/small group Yoga Sessions. ✨

This space is nestled in the Lynn Valley mountains on the North Shore at my home. It is a peaceful escape from the busy city energy🌳

My passion for Yoga and Massage lead me to take trainings in both of these modalities and I have been passionately teaching yoga and offering massage for 10 years.

Thai massage first came to me 9 years ago and it immediately made an impact. I knew it was something I would one day want to practice and share with people.

With my background in many things body related: Yoga teacher, Swedish massage intro courses, and frequent dancing.. I’ve always had a strong connection and intuition for feeling when the body tells me yes or no. Reading a client requires not only asking for clarity and feedback but also feeling the body without mind/thought involved.
