WOW 😳!!!
This is Pam and here is her story! Talk about inspiring!

𝟯𝟯 𝘃𝘀 𝟰𝟴

"At 33, I thought working harder and spending more time in the gym was the only way to see results. I was putting in the effort but didn’t have the tools to truly optimize my progress. Now, at 48, I’m working out FAR less but seeing better results than ever.

What changed? I upgraded my nutrition and focused on simple, sustainable habits that moved the needle.

The three biggest game-changers for me were:
✅ Healthy habit tracking: Staying consistent with small, daily actions that compound over time.
✅ Protein pacing: Strategically fueling my body with high-quality protein throughout the day to maximize muscle repair and fat metabolism.
✅ Nutritional cleansing: Supporting my body’s natural detoxification processes to feel lighter, more energized, and balanced.

It’s not about overtraining or doing more—it’s about doing what works! With smarter nutrition, intentional habits, and these proven strategies, I’ve been able to look and feel better in my 40s than I ever did in my 30s.

So grateful for this nutrition and supportive community 💪🏼"

For so many years and I was on a diet, counting calories, counting points, trying to lose weight.

What I realized is that it's not about the number on the scale and it's not about weight.

It's about losing the fat and replacing it with muscle. In order to do that we need to fuel the body and eat! And eat right - carbs, proteins, and yes, fats!!

And remember, it's not the number on the scale that counts. It's how you feel!!

Apple Cranberry Coleslaw

This apple cranberry coleslaw is a refreshing and colorful side dish that combines crisp cabbage, sweet apples, and tart cranberries with a tangy dressing. It’s perfect for fall gatherings, holiday tables, or as a refreshing addition to any meal.

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 large apple, julienned (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work well)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
For the Dressing:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, julienned apple, dried cranberries, pecans (if using), and green onions.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

I will definitely be making this! 😋

Tzatziki Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, finely grated
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cooked rotisserie chicken
½ red onion, diced
Instructions:
Wrap grated cucumber in a paper towel (or a tea towel) and gently squeeze to remove excess moisture. Add grated cucumber to a bowl along with Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Shred rotisserie chicken into small, bite-size pieces and add to your prepared sauce along with red onions. Toss until evenly coated.
Serve on pita bread with fresh sliced tomato and red onion, on crackers, with pita chips, or over a bed of lettuce. Refrigerate leftovers.
Enjoy 😊
