Ring finger tattoo. This client is celebrating ! 8 sessions to get here, will likely need one more. Extremities take longer than torsos tattoos because the shattered ink has to work harder against gravity!

This is one session on a stick and poke tattoo. Stick and poke typically take fewer sessions than professional tattoos. Our client is happy, we are happy. This was just an add on to a larger session and we love to see it.

Another progress photo. This heavily saturated ink has taken over two years to get to this point. Still not done, but full removal is considered 90-95% gone. It usually gets to the point where the tattoo just looks like veins.

Some black ink oxidizes after laser tattoo removal and depends on a number of factors:
1. Composition of tattoo inks
2. Size of pigment particles
3. Ink quality
4. Laser wavelength and energy level
5. Ink depth and layering
6. Individual skin and healing factors

The reddish brown ink that occurs from oxidation does go away! Time is your friend in tattoo removal
