The CAPhO Research Grant, now offered once per year, supports research that advances oncology pharmacy practice in Canada. Starting in 2025, the application process has been updated to include a Research Letter of Intent (LOI) stage.

Starting in 2025, the application process has been updated to include a Research Letter of Intent (LOI) stage.

The call for Letters of Intent has a submission deadline of Monday, September 8, 2025. Selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application starting the week of September 29.

Centered on five key priorities—Communication, Education, Advocacy, Research, and Organizational Excellence—the strategic plan outlines a clear path to advancing oncology pharmacy in Canada and reflects CAPhO’s commitment to supporting its members and improving care for people affected by cancer.

During the webinar, the presenters will:
1. Discuss the rationale for updating the organization’s Strategic Plan, Mission & Vision.
2. Review the process the Board followed in developing the Strategic Plan.
3. Outline updated objectives and initiatives resulting from the new Strategic Plan.
