Ever feel stiff or restricted when you try to rotate your body?

Limited trunk rotation often comes from reduced mobility in your upper back (thoracic spine). When that happens, your lower back or shoulders tend to compensate, sometimes leading to discomfort or injury.

The half kneeling open book is a simple way to:

✔️ Improve thoracic mobility
✔️ Reduce unnecessary strain
✔️ Move more freely in daily activities & training

How to do it:
• Keep your hips stable
• Aim for 5–10 reps per side

Try it out and let us know how it feels.
