Mood & Immunity Boosting Smoothie:
2tbsp chia seeds, 1tsp coconut oil, 1 mañana, 1/2cup frozen berries, 1 orange peeled, 1cup spinach, 1 carrot peeled and chopped, 1 serving of plant based protein powder, 1/2cup kefir, 4tbsp unpasteurized sauerkraut, 1/2cup plain Greek yoghurt, 1 serving fermented barley grass. Add water if needed for desired consistency and blend.
Kefir and unpasteurized sauerkraut produce beneficial probiotics that help,improve immune, cognitive, digestive and endocrine function.

Hi Friends!! I am hosting a 7 day spring cleanse/reset in March 2018. I am putting this out there nice and early as I will have to spend some time creating some new recipies for this, you may see a couple ones from the last detox as well. I will include 3 whole food, plant based meals a day for 7 days as well as one smoothie option per day. Along with the 7 day menu plan you will also recieve a shopping list to make navigating throught the store alot easier, and last but not least...endless on line support through me on here. (I will create a closed group for those that register.) My goal is to try to keep the recipies fairly friendly on your pocket book, with the option to use left overs for other meals.
