Do you struggle with elbow pain, tennis elbow or tendonitis in your arms? Try this tutorial to activate your arm & elbow reflexes to release stress, tension & inflammation and promote healing.

1. Start by massaging the tops of your feet with your favourite toxin-free cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Remember to breathe!
2. Massage the outer edge of your foot to activate the Arm Reflex.
3. Locate the Elbow Reflex on the outer edge of your foot by feeling down the metatarsal bone to the rounded end.
4. Activate the Elbow Reflex by pressing in & massaging with your pointer finger. Repeat on the other foot!
