We’re pleased to introduce Ciaran, our newest counsellor at Bach Counselling Group. 💙

Ciaran works with adults and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in patterns that haven’t shifted despite effort. With a skilled, warm, and engaged presence, he supports clients in navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, challenging emotions, and cultivating greater clarity and peace of mind.

His integrative approach draws on CBT, narrative, and existential therapy, alongside a somatic-informed lens, helping clients better understand themselves and move through suppressed or difficult emotions. Ciaran’s work is neurodiverse-inclusive and grounded in empowering clients to experience meaningful, sustainable change.

With a background in Theoretical Physics, Ciaran brings a thoughtful and systematic way of breaking down complex problems, supporting clients in building authentic, purposeful direction through practical behaviour change. He is currently in the final year of his Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is completing his internship placement with Bach Counselling Group.

We’re excited to welcome Sasha, our newest counselling intern at Bach Counselling Group.

Sasha provides warm, evidence-informed counselling to youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, school or workplace stress, life transitions, and immigration or acculturation challenges. With extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients and individuals with physical disabilities, she brings a strengths-based, respectful, and inclusive approach to each session.

Her background spans the K–12 and post-secondary systems, where she supported students through accessibility planning, behavioural intervention, and learning barriers. Sasha integrates CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed lens to help clients build self-awareness, coping skills, resilience, and meaningful emotional and behavioural change.

Sasha is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is pleased to be offering counselling sessions as she completes her internship with Bach Counselling Group.
