National Parks Day
This National Parks Day, we’re soaking up every trail, lake view, and moment of quiet awe that Canada’s wild spaces offer. 🌄💚
Some fun facts….A 2022 meta-analysis in Nature showed that spending just 120 minutes per week in nature is linked to better overall well-being, Shinrin-yoku (Japanese “forest bathing”) has been linked to reduced blood pressure, anxiety, and depression levels, and A study from the University of Michigan found memory performance and attention span improved by 20% after an hour in nature.
Being outdoors is a scientifically supported, low-cost way to improve mood, reduce stress, and support overall mental well-being. Let’s get outside!
