To mark the day, all drop-in proceeds will be donated to —a beautiful non-profit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. Their mission? To give every pup a second chance at a life full of love, belly rubs, and adventure.

Whether you’re flowing beside your best friend or showing up solo, your practice will help make a real difference.

Not all best friends walk on two legs… some have fur, four paws, and love us more than we could ever imagine. 💛🐶

This World Friendship Day, we’re giving back to the companions who give us everything — our dogs — by supporting those who work tirelessly to protect them.

🧡 A portion of all sales on July 30, including drop-ins, punch passes, prepaid, and biweekly memberships, will be donated to Pucas Pack, a woman-led rescue doing incredible work both locally and internationally.

In a time when many around the world are facing the devastating effects of war and conflict, Pucas Pack steps in to help animals too often forgotten. From emergency evacuations to long-term rehabilitation, they bring hope to dogs in the hardest of places, and help them find forever homes.

🐕 Because while the world feels heavy, dogs remind us of loyalty, love, and light.

Tree Pose
“I trust in the process”

This month, we’re grounding ourselves physically and mentally with a beautiful pairing: Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) and the affirmation “I trust in the process.”

Tree Pose invites us to find balance, strength, and stillness, even when life feels a little unsteady. As you root down through your standing leg and rise tall through your spine, you create a connection between earth and sky between where you are and where you’re growing.

Pair this with the affirmation “I trust in the process” and you have a powerful practice. Life doesn’t always unfold on our timeline, but just like a tree takes time to grow, so do we. Trusting in the process reminds us that every wobble, every adjustment, and every deep breath is part of something greater.

🌱 Try this:
Come into Tree Pose. Feel your foot grounding into the mat. Bring your hands to heart center or overhead. Close your eyes if you feel stable. As you hold, repeat silently or out loud:
