On the couch in the office or across the screen in virtual sessions, we witness the quiet strength of women every single day. 🤍
Women carrying families, expectations, grief, healing, work, relationships, and the invisible weight of trying to be everything to everyone.
And what we see most often is this:
women who believe they should be able to do it all alone.
International Women’s Day reminds me how powerful it is when we stop pretending we have to. When women support women. When we replace comparison with compassion. When we choose curiosity instead of judgement.
Strength isn’t doing everything yourself.
Strength is allowing yourself to be seen.
Strength is asking for help.
Strength is letting other women walk beside you.
To the women doing deep healing work, the women holding others while learning to hold themselves, and the women who feel tired but keep showing up, we see you.
May we keep building communities where women feel safe to be human, not just strong.
Happy International Women’s Day 🤍
