✔️Sessions consist of weight training, stretching, posture correction, core strengthening, balance and fall prevention, and high intensity interval training (HIIT)—according to your specific needs.

Yaay! BC gyms are opening up, with restrictions, on 20 January 2022.

Thank you to all of the gyms out there hanging on during these uncertain times. And to the health care professionals risking their own health to maintain public health.
