Clips, screenshots, and captions can move fast, but context moves slow. Emotion spreads quicker than facts. Before we panic, share, or pick a side, it helps to pause and ask:

Is this confirmed? Is it current? Is it local? Staying grounded isn’t ignoring reality —
it’s choosing clarity over chaos.
