✨ Meet Our New Physiotherapist, Cassidy! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Cassidy Heavenor, Registered Physiotherapist, to the team! Cassidy is a North Vancouver local with a strong passion for women’s health physiotherapy and helping people get back to the activities they love.
With a background in Biomedical Physiology & Kinesiology (SFU) and a Master of Physical Therapy (UBC), Cassidy combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.
She has completed post-graduate pelvic floor training (Levels 1 & 2) and is dedicated to supporting women through all stages of their pelvic health journey, including perinatal changes, postpartum recovery, incontinence, and complex pelvic/low back pain.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, running, or swimming in the ocean!

🗓 Availability:
• Mon & Wed: 2–8 PM
• Tues & Thurs: 8 AM–1 PM
