When the upper jaw is too narrow and bites inside the lower teeth, it’s called a crossbite — and it can lead to serious issues like tooth wear, bite problems, and even gum recession.

In this smile, both the back teeth and front teeth were in crossbite — putting the gums and enamel under stress. 😬

With the help of an expander and braces, we widened the upper jaw and aligned the bite properly — protecting the teeth and gums, and creating a healthier, more balanced smile. 🦷✨

Early detection and treatment with Phase 1 interceptive treatment made a big difference — and this smile is proof! 💪😁

This presentation of teeth where the 2nd teeth are angled forward and the front teeth are tucked in, is common enough that it has its own name: Division 2. We were able, through the use of braces, an expander and rubber bands, to achieve a beautiful SMILE!

This patient had all 3. Together with the dentist, we created space for a filling and the dentist restored it. We accepted the extra large tooth as is and we left the rotated tooth as is, as the bite fit very well.
