They often take the brunt of client complaints, they don’t get a lot of gratitude and yet they make our whole world go around ✨ They are highly skilled professionals who love what they do and are so much better than us at doing it 🙏🏻

Last week something really special happened. My very own team created and presented a workshop to a group of 100 customers in Vancouver 🔥 These rockstars created “Intake Forms We LOVE” from scratch, complete with advanced information, hilarious stories, and interesting lessons. They stood in front of so many people with so much confidence and crushed this workshop! It was a massive success. I am so proud of my team for their hard work, initiative, and leadership. If there is one thing I’ve learned in business it’s this: surround yourself with people who are smarter than you 🙌🏼 I have found my people 🧡
