Designed for moments when you need intentional rest - these sessions offer a simple, nourishing pause for your nervous system & overall well-being 🧖🏽‍♀️♨️

During your hour, you’ll enjoy:

• Time in our soothing infrared sauna to support relaxation, circulation, & recovery 🔥
• Herbal tea to hydrate and ground you 🍵
• Indoor & outdoor, restful spaces to unwind between heat sessions 🏔️
• An optional cooling rinse in our outdoor cold waterfall shower for a refreshing, balancing finish 🧊
