Hey Everybody I’m Dr. Brad!
As a Chiropractor, I work with a wide range of clients— from the young to the "more refined," those navigating challenging times, and others preparing for even bigger ones.
But here’s something that might surprise you:
1. Not everyone has back or neck pain
2. Of those with recurring shoulder, knee, or recurring injuries - I’m often the first practitioner to consider the spine and nervous system as part of the equation.
3. Many struggle with headaches, migraines, low energy & poor sleep but do not connect any of these to their high stress job, poor diet or past trauma.
Here’s the thing—no matter what brings someone in, every client has one thing in common:
Their nervous systems are STUCK in a state of stress or exhaustion.
Their nervous system is their body’s master control system. It tells their heart to beat, their lungs to breathe, and their muscles to move. It also processes stress, heals injuries, and influences how they experience pain, energy, and even their emotions.
That's why my approach always starts with assessing the nervous system 🧠
If it’s struggling to manage stress, then every effort to heal—whether it’s mobility work, pain relief, or performance training—will be like swimming against the tide.
Conversely, once their nervous system is balanced and has a high capacity to manage stress, then their healing momentum shifts. Suddenly, health starts working for them, not against them.
In almost every case, I see that:
⚡️The body has been trying to get their attention for a while.
⚡️ Pain isn’t the only way it signals a need for support.
⚡️ Healing is unique to each person and unfolds at the pace their body can reorganize and recover.
As your chiropractor, I see my role is to help you understand what your body is telling you, assess your current healing capacity, and create a plan that supports adaptation from the inside out.
If this resonates with you, let’s connect.
