A huge shout out to our very own Dr Mei-Dan who co-authored the newest SOGC guidelines on placental marker screening in pregnancy. There will be changes in who is eligible for low dose ASA therapy in pregnancy and follow up in our BPP clinic in the coming months.

Congratulations to Dr Mei-Dan for publishing this important research that changes our day to day practice here at NYGH. Watch out for grand rounds on this topic coming up soon!!

Dr Igric is an accomplished General surgeon who does international work with Medicines Sans Frontiers. She spent the last month with us at NYGHOBGYN perfecting her cesarean section skills.

Dr Igric, we were so impressed by your enthusiasm and dedication to learning, even after being a staff surgeon for over a decade.
