The cold, dry winter air can be tough on your eyes❄️👀. Here are some ways to protect them during the winter months:

-Keep your eyes hydrated with artificial tears. Artificial tears help keep your eyes moisturized and relieve discomfort.

-Wear sunglasses to protect from UV rays. Even in winter, UV rays can cause damage to your eyes, especially when reflected off snow. Sunglasses protect against harmful UV exposure.

- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can contribute to dry eyes. Drinking plenty of water helps maintain moisture and overall eye health.
