Wow - never thought we would see this day!
The U.S. Dietary Guidelines 2025–2030 finally sound… normal.
Eat real food 🥩🥚🥦
Protein at every meal.
Full-fat dairy.
Vegetables, fruit, healthy fats.
Less ultra-processed food and refined carbs.
No extreme rules.
Just a return to basics that actually support metabolism and hormones.
This is the same foundation I use in my Metabolic Balance program, but the guidelines remind us that simple, whole food still matters the most.
Sometimes the most effective approach isn’t new.
It’s just consistent.
