You may not know this about me but I’ve been doing 100 push-ups a day for the last 5 years.
Last year, I decided to add 5 pull-ups a day.
No big announcement.
No obsession over totals.
Just reps. Just showing up.
These are my last 5 pull-ups of 2025.
Five a day.
365 days.
That’s it.
I never told myself I had to do a big number.
I told myself I had to show up.
Consistency isn’t flashy. It’s quiet. It’s boring some days.
And it’s exactly how strength is built.
Don’t let totals, timelines, or “how far you have to go” get in your head.
Start where you are. Do what you can. Repeat.
This is how bodies change.
This is how confidence builds.
This is how you stop quitting on yourself.
