Anita Haircut is Closed until further notice due to yet another extension of our lockdown
As I am unsure of when I will be opening again at this point all previously booked appts are cancelled and I will not be rebooking at this time. As with the last lockdown I will post to Facebook when I am able to reopen and will book on a first come first serve basis

As we all have heard the announcement yesterday we will be going back into lockdown as of December 26 unfortunately this will shut my business down again until Tuesday January 26. I will be rescheduling January appts in the next week or so fingers crossed this doesn’t last longer

WOW

Was just reading all comments on the post from foodland regarding the wearing of masks
Why do people think it’s the businesses that should supply you with masks and eat the cost of that
I expect my clients to come with a mask
I have purchased some which are available to buy at Petro Canada
IN CASE someone does not have one but it definitely shouldn’t be expected of any of us to supply we all have lost enough revenue being small businesses
And none of us enjoy wearing them but we all have to suck it up to be able to get thru this obviously exceptions made to people with breathing issues

Section 22 order
Effective 12:01 a.m., June 27, 2020 Dr. Kieran Moore, Medical Officer of Health for KFL&A Public Health has ordered all persons who own or operate a commercial or municipal establishment in the KFL&A area to:

Prohibit Persons from entering the premises of the Commercial Establishment or remaining in the premises if the said Person is not wearing a Face Covering. The Face Covering must be worn inside the Establishment at all times, unless it is reasonably required to temporarily remove the Face Covering for services provided by the Establishment. A Person shall be exempt from wearing a Face Covering on the premises if:
The Person is a child under the age of two years; or a child under the age of 5 years either chronologically or developmentally and he or she refuses to wear a face covering and cannot be persuaded to do so by their caregiver;
Wearing a Face Covering would inhibit the Person’s ability to breathe in any way;
For any other medical reason, the Person cannot safely wear a Face Covering such as, but not limited to, respiratory disease, cognitive difficulties or difficulties in hearing or processing information.
Ensure the availability of alcohol-based hand rub at all entrances and exits for the use of all Persons entering or exiting the Establishment

Some protocol for COVid 19

•I will be asking each customer to please wear a mask for their appts
I will have a few on hand in case you forget yours
(I will also be wearing a mask hopefully my glasses don’t steam up too much 😊)
• upon entering shop please sanitize your hands at station provided ( I’m sure by now no one needs to be reminded of this )
• seating has been arranged for social distancing and all seating will be wiped after each use ( sorry no more rocking chair ☹️)
• shampoo basin and pump chair will be sanitized between each client
• a clean cape for each client will be provided (oh my laundry 😩)
• all equipment will be sanitized between each client
• there will be a limit of 3 people in shop excluding myself at all times
• I will not be offering coffee at this time (maybe wine to get thru all of this 🍷lol )
• No manicure and pedicure services at this time
