I created Smooth Wave, an original bodywork method based on traditional Thai massage, valuing breath, rhythm, gravity, and the interconnectedness of muscles.
Rather than trying to “fix” the body, I cherish the process in which the body naturally returns to its own balance, allowing its innate healing ability to awaken.

Smooth Wave is a full-body treatment that uses not only the hands but also the feet, releasing the body simultaneously as a whole.
By honoring the interconnectedness of muscles, the work flows gently and deeply into the body, like waves that move without interruption.

There is no force, no correction.
As breathing deepens and the mind softens, the body remembers its natural rhythm.
Both the receiver and the practitioner are able to remain in a natural, relaxed state—
this is the essence of Smooth Wave.

Through this practice, I hope to help people feel lighter in their daily lives, breathe more freely, and smile more often.

With this intention, I continue my steady efforts to share Smooth Wave across Japan and, eventually, with the world.
