We get multiple requests a week for ground beef so suffice it to say that our January ground beef is already pre-sold. We won't process more while our freezers already contain an abundance of roasts and steaks.
Granted, ground beef is a very versatile food, but a roast for $6/lb makes for a nice family meal as well. And our sirloin steak pictured below is just $8/lb and these are excellent in fajitas, stew, stir-fry or sandwiches. Food for thought. Price list on comments.

I just saw a post in a local fb group advertising beef that they are selling for 3x what we sell some of our cuts for. We aren't stocked up on ground beef but we have most other cuts. I'd also recommend against spending more for organic... especially if they aren't certified. Our beef is in fact grass fed but in Canada, this is not regulated so i don't believe in charging more for it. Prices in comments!

We will have a small restock of ground beef in mid January when we next process. Until then, we do have some roasts and plenty of steak in stock. If you'd like a steady supply of quality beef all winter, i invite you to consider purchasing a side or quarter. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Although we are short ground beef, we do still have a nice selection of roasts and steaks!
Choose from sirloin, t-bones, ribeyes or tenderloin steaks. We also have a few blade roasts, inside and outside round, sirloin tip and chuck.

I can't believe the end of the summer is here. We still have plenty of steaks (sirloin, tbone, tenderloin and ribeye) and we are also taking orders for fall quarters and sides. Although our ground beef has sold out, we do have some ground chuck, brisket, roasts and stewing beef.

Who has stopped eating beef because of the increase in price? Well, we are stocked up right now and keeping our price list from 2023!
