It's been a while since my last post. Massage therapy school and supply teaching has been keeping me very busy. I've decided to concentrate and those things for the time being.

I am so grateful to have the chance to go back to school at the end of next month. Becoming a massage therapist has been a dream of mine for a very long time! Taking a break from teaching to do so. Take time to be creative. Creativity opens the mind, and heals the soul. It reduces stress and anxiety, and enhances problem-solving skills. I love making sacred geometry art.

It’s also not a closed loop.
It’s spiralic 🌀 you revisit the same themes, relationships, or challenges, but with a new vantage point, new tools, and a different level of awareness each time.

That’s why self-work can feel frustrating:
You think, “Why am I here again?”
But the question you should be asking is, “Who am I now that I’m here again?”

At this very moment, I am so grateful to have the space to grow a big garden. I spend a lot of time outside tending to it and i enjoy it so much. Today, I spent most of the afternoon and evening canning string beans. I was able to fill 36 bottles.

Back from vacation! Had a great time tenting in the woods the past 2 weeks. Connecting to mother nature, disconnecting with technology, and appreciating all that nature provides. Take some advice from a tree.

Going on vacation for the next dozen days. I'll be in the woods off and on, camping and such, so semi reachable. I'll be offering energy healings again starting August 12th.
