What are you afraid of? This is a BIG one. Fear can serve a healthy purpose for survival. Although too often it impacts our healthy functioning limiting our desires and needs.
Anxiety, tension, nervousness, doubt, worry, insecurity, hate, jealousy, not feeling worthy or good enough, can lead to dis-ease causing cycles within the body and mind.
You can feel fear and be brave. Adaptive stress is so good for you;) How can you let in more faith and trust your gut? What do you have to lose when in the end it probably didn’t matter that much anyway!
