Hip Mobility Practice — Here’s a multi-level, accessible hip mobility practice from the oft-used 90:90 position. I’d say always do the warm-ups, even if it seems too simple. The idea is to get your body ready to take on a bit of a challenge. Then pick the progression that works best for you. Enjoy!
