Here are some vitamins/supplements you can take to prevent yourself from coming down with a flu or cold or Covid. Zinc lozenges great for preventing sore throats, probiotics fight viruses, good quality vitamin C and liquid vitamin D with k which helps with absorption. I take a much higher dose of vitamin D than the recommendation. But if you’re unsure always ask your doctor for dosage recommendations.
