Did you know today is National Bowling Day? To celebrate, we spent an afternoon learning about the History of Five-Pin Bowling, and participating in a Wii-bowling competition! A "striking" good time was had by all! 🎳

If you haven't tried West Avenue Cider House in Flamborough, take this post as your sign to go! From the warm welcome we recieved upon arrival, to the personalized service from the team, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. Not to mention the delicious food and seasonal cider! Our favourite flavour was the blueberry cider made in a tequila barrel!

☔ In case of rain, we’ll move indoors to Glen Abbey United

We’ll also be accepting non perishable food bank donations at the event - all contributions are greatly appreciated!

It was a beautiful day for a sightseeing tour along the Toronto Harbour Front! Thank you to Isabel from Toronto Harbour Tours Inc. for your wealth of knowledge about the area, and for keeping us laughing throughout the entire tour. We had a fantastic afternoon! ⛵️

Exercising outdoors offers a variety of health benefits, such as improved cardiovascular function, increased mobility, and enhanced mood. This summer, our residents have the option of participating in outdoor exercise classes every Thursday morning! 💪

Our community transformed into a 1950's diner this afternoon. Everyone was sock-ing and hop-ing to the beat of The Pepper Shaker's band, while the LivingWell Team made banana splits. Residents commented the event brought back memories of when they wore poodle skirts and saddle shoes in their teenage years! A fabulous time was had by all. 🍨
