Join us this Thursday, November 6 at at Glen Abbey United Church for our next LivingWell Together Discovery Series session - Tips for Brain Health with guest speaker Paulo Dela Cruz.

We’ll be serving a light lunch at 1:00 pm, followed by Paulo’s engaging talk on ways to keep your mind sharp and healthy at 1:30pm

Today our LivingWell Team participated in a Fall "Soup-Off"! Residents were invited to taste 3 different soups, and vote on their favourite flavour: roasted cauliflower, butternut squash, or potato bacon. The results are in, and although they were all very tasty, Liz's Potato Bacon Soup was the clear winner! Congratulations Liz! 👩‍🍳 What should our LW Team make next?
