Can you touch your toes? Do a deep squat? Try these mobility tests & share your results!

Deep Squat Test – Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and squat as low as possible. Can you keep your heels down and chest up?

Toe Touch Test – Stand tall, bend forward, and try to touch your toes. Can you reach them without bending your knees?

Shoulder Reach Test – Reach one hand behind your back from above and the other from below. Can your fingers touch?
