Have you met Ally? Ally is one of two Lead Clinicians at Synergy Kids. She believes that behind every behaviour is a need, a feeling, or a voice that deserves to be heard. She’s dedicated to understanding her clients deeply and is currently pursuing her master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Ally works evenings and weekends to support the clients !

Homeschooled? Unschooled? Part-time school? Synergy Kids has Social Groups for kids ages 4-7pm. Join us every Tuesday from 11am-2pm for games, crafts, sensory play and gym time. Diaper changes, G-tube feeds and fun are included. Ideal for ages 4-7, $20 per hour. Flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Join for a free visit, or book a single session to try it out. Starts this week and runs until December 2025.

Lauren is an experienced, collaborative with Synergy Kids. She is passionate about and development. Lauren oversees ABA client's progress towards their identified goals and provides to Supervised ABA Therapists. Ally and Kymora work as Lead Clinicians who assist with to ensure the high standards of care are upheld. Kymora and Ally provide mentorship to Supervised ABA Therapists as well as implement 1:1 and Group ABA Therapy. Our Lead Clinicians and Registered Behaviour Analysts work all shifts, in-person, to ensure client supervision and staff development needs are met.
