I have worked the past 8 years as an In-Store Dietitian at the Milton and Oakville Real Canadian Superstores. As a culinary enthusiast, I have a passion for making healthy eating fun and delicious. The grocery store is my office and allows me to offer a variety of personalized services such as individual, adult, and children group store tours, workshops as well as individualized nutrition counselling sessions. I understand that nutrition and lifestyle changes can be difficult especially when life is busy, and I know that without these changes, progress cannot be made.
