MEET THE TEAM - KAITLYN 👊🏼

Our newest PT!

Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During her time at McMaster, Kaitlyn was a student athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach for the Women’s Ice Hockey team. Kaitlyn values life-long learning and has taken courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management. Kaitlyn believes in a client-centered approach to determine the underlying cause of injury and developing an individualized treatment plan and exercise program for every patient to facilitate recovery. Kaitlyn strives to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process for lasting success. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, tennis, skiing, and running around with her two sons.

MEET THE TEAM - CAROLINE 👊🏼
One of our newest therapists!

Caroline is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong academic foundation and a patient-centered approach to care. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, she completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Caroline has also completed post-graduate training in manual therapy and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), a designation that reflects advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practice.

Caroline takes an approachable, collaborative approach to care, combining exercise therapy, manual therapy, and acupuncture to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they love. Caroline places a strong emphasis on helping patients understand their condition and how to manage it effectively for long-term success.
