Nicole is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology bringing over eighteen years of experience working in both private practice and school settings, offering psychotherapy and psychological assessment services.

Nicole supports adolescents, adults, and couples facing a range of challenges, including low mood and depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), offering care that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and strength-based.

In a world that glorifies being busy, intentionally setting aside time to do nothing can be deeply healing. This doesn’t mean being lazy— it means creating space for rest, reflection, and simply being.
