Schedule “do nothing” time.

In a world that glorifies being busy, intentionally setting aside time to do nothing can be deeply healing. This doesn’t mean being lazy— it means creating space for rest, reflection, and simply being.

Try blocking 15–30 minutes in your day with no goals, screens, or tasks. Just breathe, sit outside, listen to music, or stare at the ceiling. Let your mind unwind without pressure.

It’s in these pauses that your nervous system resets and your creativity can quietly return.
