Spiritual Academy For Children - first class on March 29th at 10:30 am - absolute must for all the kids in the age 7-12 years. Lets help them to learn how to regulate their emotions throught mindfulness, meditation and EFT so they can grow into the best versions of themselves. I reccomend with all my heart. Co dzieki temu warsztatowi zrozumialam to, ze stawianie granic to powrot do siebie, uswiadomienie sobie swoich najwazniejszych wartosci i ustalenie standardow. A jak to poznamy to potem granice same sie ustawia bo juz nigdy nie bedziemy chcialy oddac tego wewnetrznego szczescia i spokoju.

Zeby moc stawiac granice musimy najpierw same siebie ukochac ❤️✨

⬇️ IMPROVE YOUR HIP MOBILITY AND PELVIC FLOOR ⬇️


HIP MOBILITY is crucial if we want our pelvic floor to function and get rid of BLADDER LEAKAGE.

Check out my favourite stretches below:

1️⃣ CHILD POSE
Start on your hands and knees.
Relax your bottom down towards your heels
– your knees are wider apart; feet closer together.
Your head can rest on the floor.
Hold an easy stretch for 30 seconds while breathing
deeply into your belly.
Repeat the stretch with other leg.

2️⃣ FLAT FROG
Start lying on your back with the soles of your feet
together and knees falling apart.
Bring your feet comfortably close to your bottom.
Hold an easy stretch for 30 seconds while breathing
deeply into your belly.

3️⃣ HAPPY BABY

Start with your feet on the floor and knees bent.
Grasp the inside of each foot – arms inside your
knees.
Allow your knees to widen apart.
Apply gentle pressure downwards.
Hold an easy stretch for 30 seconds while breathing
deeply into your belly.

If you would like to improve function of the Pelvic Floor, the first thing you need to learn is diaphragmatic breathing.

𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐎 𝐈𝐓

➡️Lie on your back on a flat surface (or in bed) with your knees bent. You can use a pillow under your head and your knees for support if that's more comfortable.

➡️Place one hand on your upper chest and the other on your belly, just below your rib cage.

➡️ Breathe in slowly through your nose, letting the air in deeply, towards your lower belly. The hand on your chest should remain still, while the one on your belly should rise.

➡️ Tighten your abdominal muscles and let them fall inward as you exhale through pursed lips. The hand on your belly should move down to its original position.

🧘‍♀️ You can also practice this sitting in a chair, with your knees bent and your shoulders, head, and neck relaxed. Practice for 5 to 10 minutes daily.

The Pelvic Floor is a group of muscles located st the bottom of your pelvis.

Their Primary Function is to support organs and maintain urinary and f***l continence.

They are also part of the deep core system and play important role in sexual functioning.

When these muslces have too much tension, they will often cause pelvic pain or urinary frequency/urgency.

When they are low tone and weak they will contribute to stress incontinence and organ prolapse.
