We have THE best time cooking for the seniors in our community ♥️

It's another busy day in the St. Jude's kitchen, where volunteers from Adults in Motion Oakville made 73 servings of Penne & Meatballs for the Pantry Program! ❤️

Push yourself out of your comfort zone!

Earlier this month the crew said it was too cold for a walk, but after some convincing from staff Jon (and hats and gloves lol) they stuck it out and saw a beaver!

So moral of the story is, if you stay in your comfort zone, you might miss some cool opportunities - in this case: a beaver 🦫.

Can you believe we got told to “move it along” and “awe you guys are so cute” in one trip?! Neither can we but we’re still laughing and smiling WHILE promoting disability representation in all communities 😎

Sometimes art is a finished painting on a canvas and SOMETIMES it’s having fun with friends, practicing breath work and making a mess!

We spent time making bubble art using dish soap, paint, water and straws. While no finished products were taken home to be hung, the room was full of laughter and smiles and that’s enough for us 😎

To our DEAR Danielle:

Spending one full year with you has been such a treat! It’s been 365 days of fun, laughs, wicked dance moves and LOTS of SpongeBob references.

Thank you for always putting your heart and soul into everything you do, all of our members We hope you feel all the love and appreciation we have for you each and everyday.

We love you Danielle, happy One Year Anniversary!
