Mommy Connections is Canada’s most recognized & trusted source for parenting classes & events.

Our weekly programs provide Oakville moms & their babies with an opportunity to learn, laugh & connect in a meaningful way. Mommy Connections introduces you to programs and services available within your community. Our classes provide a unique learning opportunity as well as a fun way to bond with your child and other moms in a social environment. Each week’s class offers an educational portion combined with an activity for mom and baby to do together. This allows for a unique bonding opportunity with your little one, while still fulfilling your need to obtain information and be social with other moms experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement. Laura is facilitating our Downtown Oakville Mom & Baby program this Spring.

“Hi Mamas!

My name is Laura and I am a mom of two - Emma, 21 months old and we recently welcomed Luke, 8 weeks old. I joined Mommy Connections Mom & Baby classes when my daughter was 3 weeks old and found it helped me build my confidence to get out of the house, learn new things from the great presenters and most importantly, build my village of incredible moms who I am so lucky to call friends!

I followed that first class with two more sessions of Mini Movers and knew I would be back when I had my son Luke.

Outside of mom life you’ll find me trying new recipes or restaurants, reading anything and everything or planning my next adventure.

I can’t wait to meet you and your babies this session and welcome you to the Mommy Connections community!”

✨MEET KELLY✨

Kelly is facilitating our West Oakville Mom & Baby program this Spring.

“Hi mamas! I’m a mom of two and am so looking forward to being your facilitator for the West Oakville group!

I joined Mommy Connections with my first back in 2022 and I got to learn so much from all the different speakers during the Mom & Baby sessions and participate in a bunch of different activities in the Mini Movers sessions. More importantly, I got to meet a bunch of moms in the same trenches as I was. It was refreshing to connect with others who understood the stage of life I was in. It was a safe space with no judgement - feed, sleep, drink a coffee, vent - all are welcome and encouraged!

I’m back now with baby #2 and am so excited to be a part of your safe space during this wonderful time in your life. Can’t wait to meet you all!”

Meet your mom crew this Spring!

📣🌷Our 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 list for our Spring 2026 Mom & Baby and Mini Movers programs is open!

Mom & Baby programs are for moms with non-mobile babies approx. 0-8 months.

Mini Movers programs are for caregivers with mobile babies approx. 8-18 months.

By signing up for Advance Access, you will receive priority access to our Spring programming.

👉 Those on our Advance Access waitlist will be able to register for Spring classes beginning this Fri, January 30th. General Registration will open on Tues, February 3rd. These programs will run from March to May.

For new moms who want to find joy amid the chaos of early parenthood and have a supportive community to rely on, Mommy Connections offers a place for you and your babe to learn, laugh and connect with others in a meaningful way.

We run weekly programs for moms-to-be, moms and babies (0 to 18 months) and moms and toddlers (18 months to 4 years) in neighbourhoods across Oakville.

Our classes are fun, welcoming and packed with value. Each one includes an informative discussion led by a local parenting expert and/or a fun activity for you and babe as well as the opportunity to socialize with others at the same stage as you.
