Highlights from our annual Nova Christmas Walk/Run🎄🏃
Though the weather was wet and windy, that didn’t stop our most committed Nova members from coming and having fun.
This year we switched up the post walk/run breakfast by having a chef make omelettes to order.
Plus, Coach Josh requested the chef to prepare an oatmeal alternative - creamy brown rice cereal - just as yummy and comforting as oatmeal but better on digestion.
Thanks to the team for putting it on and all our members who came out!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Nova Team!

🌟Our December SuperNova: Dino Rossi🌟
Since joining Nova in February this year, Dino has been consistently training, building mobility and strength across all major lifts PLUS hitting his daily movement goals (7-8k steps!)
What stands out most? His belief that “exercise, breath work, rest and routine aren’t luxuries - they’re tools for calmer and stronger life”.
We’re recognizing Dino’s this month because he shows us that health is far beyond just the physical…
🧠It’s mindset
💪It’s resilience
🏃♂️It’s choosing to keep moving forward, one day at a time…
Even when life gets hard…
This past year, Dino lost his wife - yet through it all, he stayed rooted in his belief that health is a commitment, no matter what life brings.

🌟Our November SuperNova: Sarah Kerr🌟
Big shoutout to Sarah - an adventurer through and through who’s been training with Nova for just over a year.
Her reason for training?
To stay strong for what she loves most: skiing, surfing, and exploring the world.
She’s surfed in Costa Rica, skied in France and Japan and hiked the Dolomites and glaciers of Zermatt.
Last year, a ski injury left her with a broken wrist - something that could’ve easily sidelined the average person.
But instead of slowing down, Sarah worked through rehab and got back on track.
She’s a reminder that training isn’t just about fitness - it’s about performing at your best for the things that make life meaningful.
👉Check out our interview with Sarah (link in bio) to hear how she stays motivated, overcomes injuries and keeps chasing adventure.

🌟 Our September SuperNova: Andrew Butler 🌟
We want to give a big shout out to one of our long time members Andrew for getting this recognition.
He has been a loyal and dedicated member working out with us at 6am MWF for 9 years!
But the big news about Andrew is he just crushed his very first triathlon!
Doing a ‘tri’ has been on his list for years…
But there was a voice in his head (that exists in all of us) that says ‘don’t do hard things’...
He overcame that inner battle and was able to work on that open water swim that was the real scary thing he resisted.
We want to recognize Andrew for this massive accomplishment…
Word is that now he wants to improve his race time by doing it again next year.
Check out the full interview we had with Andrew…

Nova Truth Bomb:
Do hard things - get an easy life.
