We received this lovely email over the weekend and wanted to share: :)

"Over the past year I suffered a serious sciatic problem which was rather painful when I drove. Dr. Matthew Russel successfully diagnosed the problem through X-rays and treated it with gentle incremental adjustments.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

This is a friendly reminder that the office is closed for winter break from the afternoon of Dec 24th until January 3rd, reopening January 4th at 7am for regular office hours.

As essential health care providers all chiropractors will be open during the provincial lockdown to provide care to all our patients.

We just received word from the government and the College of Chiropractors that we are now able to resume regular office visits!

To help make the restart safer and easier for everyone we are following all guidelines provided, so you will notice some changes around the office.

Hello everyone, we hope you are staying happy, healthy and calm. We are looking forward to opening up as soon as we get the go ahead from the governing bodies. To be ready to hit the ground running and follow guidelines we have made some small but impactful changes to the clinic.

Please remember, we are open in case of crisis and emergencies, or for those who are seeing a decline in the pre-existing conditions.

Hey everyone, it’s Dr. Matt here. I just wanted to share something I’ve been doing over quarantine —— juicing! My mom bought Laura and I a juicer for Christmas and it’s been great. I never really juiced before - only bought $9 Juices at Booster Juice :) - but it’s been working out great!

These two large jars comprise about 8 apples, 6 Oranges, 3 lemons and some ginger. I also added a bit of cracked pepper. These two jars should last me all week and it makes staying healthy a bit easier during this strange time.

I miss you all and please continue taking care of yourselves. 💛

Re-Opening for Essential Care, Critical Care and Emergencies

Good morning everyone, we are hopeful you and your families are thriving during this challenging time. We have some good news for those of you who are in need of your chiropractic care.

Dr. Zeni will be opening for essential care, critical care and emergency patients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, beginning Thursday April 2nd.

These visits will be arranged for all patients who are:
1) In crisis and require emergency care
2) Have a pre-existing condition and are concerned they are experiencing a flare up or deterioration in their symptoms
3) Require care they feel is essential

The office environment has been meticulously sanitized, we have implemented procedures to ensure cleanliness between patients and we have arranged a system to support social distancing to prevent the further spread of COVID-19

If you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, new cough, breathing difficulties, or fever, or have been in contact with anyone who has had a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 please do not request an appointment.
