You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga…that’s the biggest misconception.
Yoga isn’t about hitting perfect shapes. It’s about learning how to breathe, how to move with control, and how to stay calm when your body feels tight or unfamiliar. Flexibility comes because you practice, not before you start.
If you’re stiff, you belong here.
If your hamstrings hate you, you belong here.
If you can’t touch your toes, you definitely belong here.
Strength, mobility, balance, and awareness matter more than being bendy. Show up, move, breathe, your body will do the rest.
