What a proud coaching moment with my gorgeous client and friend Rachel, her consistency has paid off. When you train with me it’s a lifestyle transformation, not just a workout.
Here’s what Rachel has to say about her journey training with me so far:
I started working with Kat because of what might be common postpartum goals – improving body, composition, strength, and energy levels. But ultimately, I wanted to change my post baby post 2020 sedentary lifestyle and experience what it was like to be in a body that is fit. I started out slow – I believe one private session a week. What I didn’t expect was all the life changes Kat would support my consistency through – unexpected family illness and loss, moving countries, and navigating mom of toddler life. My physical results feel so good but what is even more amazing as that just this week when I was feeling really tired at 3 PM, I actually thought, “hey I’m gonna do one of Kats workouts.” And I did. Thats how I know life has changed! We continue to train over zoom, but having the bonus of her transform workouts on our off days has been great. Kat will check in with you and give you the support that you need – as a human being, not just count your reps 😉❤️ Thank you, Kat!
