Job Description: Administrative/Clinic Director (Maternity Leave Cover)

Holistix is currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 12-18 months starting June 3rd for the position of Administrative/Clinic Director. This full-time position is based in Oakville, working under 3 practitioners.
Holistix is a Naturopathic Health Clinic. Our primary goal is to treat the body, mind and soul through a variety of therapies that include the principles of Naturopathic Medicine.

We offer an array of services including botanical medicine, supplements, blood/stool/saliva testing, lifestyle counselling, acupuncture, IV therapy, bioidentical hormones, and clinical nutritional services in order to optimize health and well-being. Holistix won GOLD for the 2023 Reader’s Choice Awards for Best Naturopath and Best Naturopathic Clinic and has been rated #1 since 2008!

Hours:
June-August: 9am-12pm (training period)
September onward:
· Mondays: 9am-6pm
· Tuesdays: 9am-4pm
· Wednesdays: 9am-7pm
· Thursdays: 9am-4pm
· Fridays: 9am-12pm

Responsibilities:
• Draft and design digital campaigns (Mailchimp).
• Manage social media channels (Instagram and Facebook).
• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Sales and POS transaction management. Basic Knowledge of Moneris, QuickBooks, and invoicing.
• Scheduling patients, faxing, emailing, filing, and ordering office supplies and general inventory maintenance.
• Delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
• Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations and procedures and assisting practitioners with taking patient vitals.
• Previous medical/laboratory specimen-processing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Experience working in a health/medical clinic required*
